
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Booking and Payment: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid prior to arrival or at check-in. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, cash or online payment platforms.
2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival will be fully refunded. Cancellations made between 6 days and 0 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a 50% penalty. No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.
3. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out must be done before 12:00 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
4. Liability and Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. An additional fee will be charged for the repair or replacement of damaged items.
5. No Smoking and Pets Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins. Pets are allowed under certain conditions and for an additional fee.
6. Use of Facilities: Guests must respect the rules for use of the facilities, including common areas, etc. The property is not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring due to improper use of the facilities.
